Stem cell culture supernatant liquid

Dental pulp cells

Dental pulp cells are the nerve cells located in the center of the tooth.

Because they are protected by the hard layer of teeth, these cells are less susceptible to genetic damage and are less likely to become cancerous, and they contain a large amount of high-quality stem cells.

Because stem cells are collected and cultured from teeth, this
method is characterized by its ease of use and safety compared to well-known stem cell collection methods such as bone marrow or fat, as it places less burden and risk on the donor.

Furthermore, since stem cells tend to decrease rapidly with age, it is best to produce them from the youngest cells possible.
At Tokyo Private Clinic,
we use culture supernatants that are rich in over 100 types of growth factors with extremely high cell proliferation capabilities.

What is culture supernatant?

The supernatant liquid that forms on top of the culture medium when stem cells are cultured is called the culture supernatant.

Stem cells release various types of bioactive substances to activate, grow, and proliferate themselves .

When these stem cells are cultured outside the body, the supernatant portion obtained by removing cells and impurities from the culture medium is called "stem cell culture supernatant."

It is composed of a wide variety of physiologically active substances, from large molecular weight substances like cytokines to capsule-like structures called exosomes, which are filled with fragments of genes .

Target diseases and expected effects

The following are said to be the four functions of the culture supernatant that are involved in regeneration :

1. Function to suppress inflammation

2. Function to protect cells damaged by inflammation.

3. Function to induce stem cells present in the body.

4. The function of creating new blood vessels.

It is said that "culture supernatant" activates "stem cells ."
